We thought we’d have a nice dinner at Gong.
We ended up slowing everything down.
Elegant, calm, beautifully plated—this is the kind of place where conversation gets quieter and time moves a little slower.
And for us, dinner usually starts with the pork belly bao buns… absolutely delicious. Honestly, if we’re looking for something lighter that evening, we’ve been known to make those the meal 😄
We also love sushi, so sharing a few rolls is usually part of the plan:

All favorites… and somehow we always end up ordering “just one more.”
And if you really want to turn dinner into an experience, we’ve also loved the Teppanyaki dinner—part gourmet meal, part theatrical show, and such a fun way to spend an evening with others around the table. A delicious 5-course experience that’s as entertaining as it is good.
And if that’s not enough to entice you the outside seating along the lake gives you a fabulous view of the laser lakeshow that plays on the fountain.
We haven’t done the Korean BBQ dinner yet, but next time that is on the agenda as not only does it look delicious, but it looks like a lot of fun as well.
One final thing is that once you are done with your dinner, you are just across the bridge from Santaurio where you can enjoy nightly music, entertaining and some dancing if you so chose.
