We didn’t come to Mexico expecting one of our favorite casual spots to be Burger Custom Made.

And yet… here we are.

This became our “easy night” place that somehow kept pulling us back in.

It always starts with the onion ring appetizer—crispy, shareable, and honestly the perfect kickoff to vacation mode.

Then comes the main event.

For us, the smoked brisket burger is the favorite. Smoky, messy, and absolutely worth every napkin.

And Cathy? She’s a hot dog lover… so sometimes she skips the burger completely and goes for the hot dog wrapped in brisket instead 😄

And whatever you order—don’t forget the special sauces. Trust us on this one.
