We thought we were going to a show at Cirque du Soleil LUDŌ.
We weren’t prepared for this.
We were there in 2025 for the official opening, and from the moment you walk in, you realize—this is something completely different.
A custom-built theater surrounded by towering aquarium walls… nearly 360° of visuals… and water not just as a backdrop, but as part of the performance itself.
Then the show begins.
Gravity-defying performances, surreal underwater imagery, storytelling that pulls you in… and you don’t just watch it—you feel like you’re inside it.
And because we chose the VIP dinner experience, it added another layer entirely.
Each course was paired to the theme of the show, timed and designed to complement what was unfolding in front of us. It wasn’t just dinner—it was part of the story.
At one point, we looked at each other like,
“Have you ever experienced anything like this?”
Answer: No. And we loved every second of it.
👉 Not just a show—it’s a fully immersive, can’t-look-away experience.
📍 Ticket Tips: Go VIP or atleast Dinner Champagne Experience if you can. The dining element takes it to another level and the VIP adds another unique experience and a parting gift that just top it off.
To see the difference between the VIP (highest level) and Balcony Show Only Seats (lowest level), we went back and it was interesting to view the show from above the arena versus at “eye level”. Some of the elements of being in the balcony made it more interesting since we had already seen it before from the eye level. The biggest down side to being in the balcony is not being able to see the entire 360-Degree Aquarium that is behind the lower seats. Both were great, but if you do the balcony try to avoid the seats that are near the stage entry points. You will see on the stage map when choosing your seats a thick black line that goes thru the center stage from one side to the other that represents these stage entry points. Try to be as far in the middle away from these as possible for best viewing.
If you don’t really care where you sit and don’t care if you do any of the dining options, we have noticed that about 3 days prior to a show they start to offer the seats in the last row of the lower area that have not been sold for the same price as the Balcony seats. These do NOT offer any of the dining options so if you want to experience any of the dining options then book as early has possible to get the seats you want. If you do go last minute and get one of these seats you will also have a great view of the underwater performances in the 360 degree aquarium.
Also, about a two weeks prior to our stay we received an email with a 20% off coupon that was good for any ticket up to your arrival so before buying any full price tickets, make sure to check with customer service to see if they have any discounts that you can purchase prior to arrival.
